For the technologically oriented, we use AKG and Neumann microphones and Amek/Neve preamps, recording on ProTools at 24 bit, mixing through a modified DDA Profile console.

Omni pioneered the use of compact discs for library music back in 1985, and we introduced the first no-nonsense money-back guarantee for all our products and services in 1987. We currently serve more than 4,000 customers in the United States and abroad through a network of two dozen foreign sub-publishers.

Omni was founded by Doug and Patti Wood, who continue to direct the daily operations. As composer, senior producer and engineer, Doug is responsible for new music development, production and legal affairs. Patti manages the customer service department and directs our dedicated and talented support staff.
