What is the audio quality of the download?

You can choose either a high-quality MP3 or CD-quality WAV file.


Once I buy or download an effect, I can use it as many times in as many productions as I want, right?

Why do I hear birds in every effect?

To discourage unauthorized use, anonymous listeners will hear all Omni-FX with the addition of bird sounds. To audition without birds you must be logged into your Omni account which will then allow you to access the track listing pages.


Is there a discount for buying multiple effects?

There is no discount for purchasing multiple effects, but you can purchase an annual unlimited pass. Please call our office for details: 1-800-828-6664.


How do I download sound effects?

For those logged in it's as easy as clicking on the "MP3" or "WAV" link beneath the Download column on the SFX CD page. You can also right-click on the link and choose "Save/Download linked file".


I'm logged in and the SFX page shows the text "Not Authorized" in the Downloads column. Why can't I download my SFX?

When we created this new area for our sound effects clients we needed to authorize clients according to our database records. We may have missed someone so please call us at 1-800-828-6664 and let us know.

Please be aware that we are in the process of overhauling the SFX site to allow our clients access to those specific SFX discs that they have purchased. At this time we can only authorize those clients that own all fifteen discs.
